• Star anise: 3-4
• Cinnamon sticks: 3 finger size
• Bay leaf: 2
• Salt: 1 tbsp/ according to your taste
• Yougurt: 1 cup
• Green chilli paste: 3-4 tbsp
• fennel seeds 1 tsp
• coriander seeds 1 tsp
• Add water

STEP:02
• Cloves: 1 tsp
• Green cardamom: 1tsp
• Whole papper: 1 tsp
• Cumin: 1 and half tbsp
• Nutmeg: half
• Mace: 2-3

STEP:03
• Tomato: 2 medium size
• Lemon: 2
• Coriander & mint leafs
• Ginger: 1 cube
• Plums : 5-6
• Green chili as per taste
• Whole chili as per taste
• Brown onion 2 medium size
• Garam masala powder: ¼ tsp

STEP:04
• Rice: 1kg
• Salt: 3 tbsp/ according to your taste
• Black cardamom: 1
• Star anise: 1
• Cinnamon sticks: half
• Cloves: 3
• Ghee : 2 tbsp
• Zafrani kavra: 2 tbsp

STEP:05
• Fried onion: 2 medium size
• Salted water: 1 cup
• Ghee: half cup
