撮影：JULY2016 コケが埋めつくす美しい森が長野県の北八ヶ岳の白駒池周辺にあります。そこは485種類のコケが生息する「苔の森」と言われ、神秘的な雰囲気を楽しむことが出来ます。 その景観は規模と美しさの点で優れ、日本蘇苔類学会（The Bryological Society of Japan）により「日本の貴重なコケの森」に選定されました。森に一歩足を踏み入れると一面に広がるコケに目を奪われます。その風景は、日常では見ることが出来ない緑色に染まった神秘的な世界です。苔の森は10箇所の森に分かれて名前が付けられ、そのひとつが「もののけの森」と命名されています。

Moss forest in North Yatsugatake

In north Yatsugatake in Nagano prefecture, there is
a beautiful forest filled with moss.
The forest is called “the forest of moss” with its 485 sorts of
moss and you can enjoy mysterious atmosphere. Its scenery
is exquisite in its scale and beauty and was selected as the
“most precious moss forest in Japan” by The Bryological
Society of Japan. When you take one step into the forest,
your eyes will be grabbed by the moss covering all over
the forest. It's a mysterious scenery in green which we
can't usually see.
