The translation of "ningen wo kaburu" as "wearing human skin" is very accurate. While the word "skin" is technically missing, that is what is being conveyed, having human form as something to only wear on top. The performance is from their Tour19 The Insulated World at Shinkiba Studio Coast, which is why Kyo yells "Coast!" at one point. The song has been requested by Kizaru, thanks!

Annotations:
"Dissolute suicide in full bloom" - A less explicit word for "suicide" is used here (自決 instead of e.g. 自殺), and it can also mean "self-determination".

"Completed cutting message" - "Cutting message" is written in katakana in the original, so essentially the English words are used. (カッティングメッセージ)

"It's the worst and best creation, isn't it?" - This is a bit of a play on words in reference to the previous "It's the absolute worst creation, isn't it?". In that line "the absolute worst" is 最低最悪 (saitei saiaku, "the lowest, the worst"), which is a commonly used expression. In the line we have here though, the latter part is changed to "the best", which kind of takes the existing expression apart and turns it around halfway.

"It doesn't matter who is right" - Nuance-wise this goes in the direction of "Things like who is right don't matter".

"Sounds fair, no?" - As in it's a fair argument to make; something reasonable to ask for.

"It's alright if just like this I never open my eyes" - First of all, while this line is cut up by the "Why am I living?" chant, I hope it's clear that it's one sentence. Also, I believe to hear that Kyo changed the word for "open" to another one (覚める to 開ける). However the meaning doesn't change.

"More meaning to live than this..." - As in "More meaning [that lies in living] than what I have right now".
