Two steam hauled train passed within 7 minutes of each other on the climb to Shap on the 5th April 2025..
First was LSL operated The Lakelander, with LNER A2 60532 Blue Peter. Second was West Coast Railways operated The Northern Belle, with SR West Country 34067 Tangmere. Assisting on the rear was Class 57 diesel 57313.
Both were filmed at Greenholme.
