It's been beautiful Spring in Southern California. After the lovely 50s degree Memorial Weekend, let's take our workout outdoor. I brought Speed Ladder and Vipr for today's workout. ACTIVATION: My 91 year old dad's wheel stretch + Speed Ladder various patterns. STRENGTH BLOCK with Vipr 1. Side shuffle+Rainbow 2. Plank lateral drag 3. Delts all around 4. Lateral shuffle+catch 5. Four ways charge 6. Thread the needle 180 degree hop 7. Walking slam+twist 8. Balance feet tuck 9. Two ways punch 10. Squat press. COOL DOWN: Plank hands walk in and out with breathing. This workout comprises complete planes of movement, muscle groups recruitment and tempo variability. Where is your next outdoor workout?
