As a first-timer at Red Fish Blue Fish, I couldn't resist the allure of its signature halibut and chips, known for its unbeatable taste and flawlessly executed preparation. The wait in line was well worth it; the succulent halibut, perfectly fried to golden perfection, left an unforgettable impression on my taste buds. This kitchen review was filmed on 3 separate sessions. Once I took the first bite, I was "hooked" and had to go back on multiple occasions.

While indulging in this heavenly feast, I was struck by the realization that while the dish may not top the health charts, it unquestionably reigns supreme in terms of flavour.
