Recipe For Dolma From Fresh or Canned Grape Leaves.
Hello.
Ingredients.
Preserved Grape Leaves:
• Sterilized Jar (0.5 l)
• Fresh Grape Leaves - 250 g
• Boiling Water - 250 g
• Salt - 5 g
• Sugar - 5 g
• Vinegar (9%) - 5 g
Store in a cool place (cellar, refrigerator). Good for up to 1 year.
Dolma From Fresh Grape Leaves:
• Grape Leaves - 450 g
Dolma Filling:
• Ground Beef - 250 g
• Ground Pork - 250 g
• Onion - 250 g
• Boiled Rice - 125 g
• Garlic - 5 g
• Cilantro - 50 g
• Salt - 5 g
• Black Pepper - 5 g
• Ground Coriander - 5 g
Wash fresh grape leaves, pour boiling water over them or use canned leaves.
Wrap the filling in the leaves.
Put greens (grape leaves, onion, parsley, etc.) and/or meat bones on the bottom of the form.
Put the finished dolma in.
Add salt, pepper, coriander, vinegar, meat broth and pour boiling water over it.
Cook until done.
Dolma Sauce:
• Sour Cream - 50 g
• Kefir - 50 g
• Dill - 25 g
• Garlic - 5 g
• Salt - 5 g
• Black Pepper - 5 g
