COMPLETE RECIPE
For the Fish:
3 pcs medium fish (any kind)
Salt & pepper
Grated garlic
Turmeric powder
Chili powder
Coriander powder
Garam masala
Cooking oil
▶ Marinate for 30 minutes.
For the Sauce:
2 large tomatoes (finely chopped or blended)
1 large onion
5 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp butter
3 pcs green chili (chopped)
Turmeric powder
Chili powder
Coriander powder
Garam masala
Cooking oil
Handful cilantro (chopped)
Salt & pepper to taste
▶ Steps:
Sauté onion and garlic in oil.
Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
Add tomato paste, spices, salt, and butter.
Add green chili and cilantro.
Simmer until thick and flavorful.
🍚 For the Basmati Rice:
3 cups basmati rice (washed & soaked for 30 mins)
3 cups hot water
Bay leaves
Cardamom
Cloves
Cinnamon stick
1 chicken broth cube
1 tbsp butter
▶ Steps:
Sauté spices in butter.
Add soaked rice and mix.
Add hot water and chicken cube.
Cook on low until fluffy.
🌿 Garnish:
Fried onion
Cilantro leaves
Cashew nuts
Raisins
