Whatever you call them… they are a quick and easy treat that will disappear faster than you can make them. I hope you enjoy the video and I know you’ll enjoy these whatever you choose to call them!
This recipe makes about 18-19 depending on the size of your spoon.
Ingredients
• 1 pound of potatoes, russets*
• 1/2 medium onion
• 1 large egg
• 1/8 cup flour
• 1/8 cup potato starch
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• pepper
Russets are the best potato due to their high starch content. Also, make sure you have a little more than 1 pound as you will have to peel them and there’s always some waste during the grating process.
