HOW TO REHEAT A STALE, OLD BAGEL. This video will inform the viewer, the steps taken to reheat a stale bagel. The example used in this video was with a 5 day old bagel. The results came out good prior to toasting, the outer crust got hard after sitting out for a little. I believe it would of been better not toasted, and with a more wet paper towel. The process is the same when rehydrating any fresh bagels past the first day. The results are more desirable with 2 - 3 day old bagels, in some cases the bagels taste just as good as they did the first day. Hope you enjoy this video.
