Resepi kali ini ialah Roti bayam dengan inti tuna dan keju Mozzarella. Jika suka makan bayam, apa kata sekali sekala cuba buat roti daripada jus bayam ni. Selain rasanya yang sedap dan lain dari yang lain, ianya juga lebih menyihatkan. Anda akan dapat 12 biji roti bayam tuna keju.

DOH ROTI:
1 biji telur gred A (ambil 1 sudu besar untuk glis)
Anggaran 3/4 cawan & 2 sudu besar jus bayam (kisar 30 gram daun bayam bersama 3/4 & 2 sudu besar air) | 207 ml
2 & 1/2 cawan tepung roti | 315 gram
2 sudu besar gula pasir | 25 gram
1 & 1/2 sudu teh yis kering | 4.5 gram
1/2 sudu teh garam | 3 gram
3 sudu besar mentega/marjerin | 42 gram
INTI TUNA:
300 gram kepingan tuna dalam air/minyak | 2 tin kecil
1/2 biji bawang besar (didadu)
1 pokok daun bawang | cincang
1/2 sudu teh serbuk lada hitam
Garam secukup rasa
1 sudu teh chili flakes
Parutan keju mozzarella secukupnya
TOPPING:
Bijan putih
Parsley flakes
SAIZ LOYANG: 10.5" X 10.5"
SUHU MEMBAKAR : 180℃ | 356℉ SELAMA 20 HINGGA 25 MINIT, API ATAS BAWAH DAN BAKAR PADA RAK TENGAH. PANASKAN KETUHAR 10 MINIT SEBELUM MEMBAKAR.

Delicious, soft and cheesy spinach tuna dinner rolls, special for bread lovers to try! Adding spinach juice into the bread dough is definitely giving new twist to this version of tuna cheese bread, This recipe yields 12 pieces of dinner rolls.

BREAD DOUGH:
1 large egg (take 1 tbsp for egg wash)
Approximately 3/4 cup & 2 tbsp of spinach juice |207 ml (blend 30 grams of spinach leaves with 3/4 cup & 2 tbsp of water)
2 & 1/2 cups of bread flour | 315 grams
2 tbsp of granulated sugar | 25 grams
1 & 1/2 tsp of dry yeast | 4.5 grams
1/2 tsp of salt | 3 grams
3 tbsp of margarine/butter | 42 grams
TUNA FILLING:
300 grams of tuna flakes | 2 small cans of tuna in water/oil
1/2 onion (diced)
1 green onion (chopped)
1/2 tsp of black pepper powder
1 tsp of chili flakes
Grated Mozzarella cheese
TOPPING:
White sesame
Parsley flakes
BAKING PAN SIZE : 10.5" X 10.5"
BAKING TEMPERATURE: 180℃ | 356℉ FOR 20 TO 25 MINUTES, WITH TOP & BOTTOM HEAT. BAKE AT MIDDLE RACK. PREHEAT OVEN 10 MINUTES BEFORE BAKING.
