Add a pinch of salt
Beat the yolks with hand using a spoon
Beat the egg whites with a beater on high speed till fluffy and spongy
Heat a pan on gas stove, add a little oil
First, pour the yellow yolk mix, then gently add the white fluffy mix
After cooking, sprinkle some pepper
