Fix 3 =SUM issues with AGGREGATE - the magic Excel function

The SUM function has 3 big issues:
It cannot work with errors in the values its summing
It doesn't include hidden/filtered values
It double counts other sums
One magic function fixes these three things and it gives options to do various aggregations from AVERAGE to COUNT, to the 3rd highest values to statistical ones like variances, percentiles etc.
=AGGREGATE is the magic function, note if you use =SUBTOTAL, stop, it's been superseded by AGGREGATE which does all of the same plus more (ability to ignore errors and do more calculations).
