From Madhya Pradesh, a Farming innovator explained his work on producing potato seeds using aeroponics, a vertical farming technique where potatoes grow hanging rather than in soil. These potatoes, marketed as “Jain Potato”, align with Jain dietary practices that avoid underground root vegetables. The seeds are then multiplied in fields, benefiting farmers across the region.
