The estate’s central bungalow, built in 1920 for the commandant of the unit, later became a cherished presidential retreat. Over the years, it has hosted several Presidents of India, serving as a sanctuary for both the President’s Bodyguard (PBG) and their horses during the intense Delhi summers.

The estate’s beautifully landscaped gardens—including the Lily Pond, Rockery Pond, Rose Garden, and Pergola—offer tranquil spaces for relaxation and reflection, showcasing the estate’s harmonious blend of natural beauty and heritage.
