In this video I was trying to troubleshoot why the Prelude cut off on me while driving one day and would crank and not turn over. Instantly thinking it was fuel related when into it re soldering point on relay and changing the pump . But to my surprise neither worked. After further expectation I swapped the starter signal fuse under the dash and the "Fuse Box" Fuse under the hood. And then it cranked over, I hope this video finds its way to another prelude owner or any other 90s honda!
