Introduction:
-------------------------------------------------
Hello my dear friends! I am today's host Wang Shunchang. Welcome to the lecture on "Nanpai Taijigong Jinggong" brought to us by Mr. Sun Haishun, Dean of Beijing Nanpai Wushu Academy.
Recently, we have received feedback from many friends, hoping to follow the teacher to learn to practice static QiGong exercise - Zhan Zhuang, to relax the body and mind, relieve stress, eliminate distracting thoughts, calm the mind, promote sleep, and so on. Everyone understands it well.Zhan Zhuang can indeed achieve such effects. Traditional Chinese medicine often says that "medicine tonic is not as good as food tonic, and food tonic is not as good as divine tonic." Many TCM health practitioners often speak out in their lectures. Today, we have invited one of the top-level masters of Zhan Zhuang to help us for practice.
So what is the relationship between Zhan Zhuang and tai chi?
The old saying goes: "Those who want to be successful in the TaiChi, must go through five levels of kung fu. The first is: Zhan Zhuang, the second is: Lian Jin, the third is: Zou Jia, the fourth is: Tui Shou (pushing hands), and the fifth is: San Shou (free style)" That is to say, if you want to be successful in Taijiquan, you must start from Zhan Zhuang, which is the starting point of traditional Taijiquan and the cornerstone of success. According to these five levels of kung fu, the teachers of the Beijing Nanpai Wushu Academy have compiled a series of courses suitable for modern people to learn: "Static Exercise, Dynamic Exercise, Quan Gong, Pushing Hands, and Free style" systems. The static exercise is to stand piles as the main method.
As an introduction, you can start to recuperate your body and mind by learning the meditation practice centered on standing.
If you like, you can continue to study in intensive classes.
If you are a Tai Chi fan, you can even take the inheritance class to pass on the full set of kung fu.
Today we will learn the first level of the practice [Jing gong - static exercise]. The Beijing Nanpai Wushu Academy has excavated, sorted and edited the traditional Wuji piles, and formed the technical essentials of "Yi Zhi, Er Tong, San Ding, San Yuan(three circles), San Kong(three empty), intentional and unintentional, and to gain opportunity and to gain power". Today, Mr. Sun will explain the first two essentials: Yi Zhi, Er Tong. The other five essentials will be shared over the next five months.
