Today we went on a monster crab tour of Colombo, Sri Lanka, starting it all off at one of the most iconic restaurants in Sri Lanka, Ministry of Crab. Ministry of Crab is known worldwide for having incredible Sri Lankan food and for bringing the Sri Lankan lagoon crab home to Sri Lanka. No crab tour in Colombo can be complete without making a visit to Ministry of Crab for their flavourful and delicious crab.

We continued our monster crab tour in Colombo, Sri Lanka at Culture Colombo for their Negombo Crab curry, super tasty, flavourful and made with local Sri Lankan flavours. The Sri Lankan food here was amazing. Colombo is home to some of the best street food in Sri Lanka, and also some f the best crab in the world.

Next on our monster crab tour of Colombo was to Totally Hooked for their epic crab and lobster. This monster crab was huge and cooked up fresh, along with a monster sized spiny lobster. Crab is such a popular food in Sri Lanka, truly one of the best street foods to eat in Colombo.

Last stop was to try a monster crab along the beach in a local sauce made of Sri Lankan flavours. By the end of the day, we tasted over 4 KG of crab on this monster crab tour of Sri Lanka!
