3. Read Scriptures – Bhagavad Gita, Prabhupat small Books, and Vedic wisdom.
4. Listen to Krishna’s Stories – Absorb lessons from divine pastimes.
5. Satvik Food Only – No caffeine, no outside/junk food, pure vegetarian.
6. Follow Brahmacharya – Discipline and purity in thoughts & actions.
7. Daily Yoga & Calisthenics – Build a strong and flexible body.
8. Learn Programming – Sharpen the brain with a new skill.
9. Sleep on Time – Maintain balance with proper rest.
