In today's review, AFRICAN AMERICANS rate NIGERIAN FOOD ! That's Right! NIGERIAN FOOD!

According to the Food Blogs, Nigerian Food is great because of the way they are made and prepared and for whats within the food. Nigerian food is also known to have many health benefits! The Nigerian Cuisine contains many vegetables, lean meats and whole grains! In today's review, we rate popular Nigerian food such as Egusi Soup. Egusi soup contains things like ground melon seeds (known as egusi), meat, fish, beans, and onions. Another Nigerian Food we review is Fufu, which is an African swallow used for eating different African / Nigerian soups. Fufu is made from two foods, cassava and plantain. We also review the popular African Dish Okra SOup, Jollof Rice, Fish, etc.... OMG 🤤🤤 So today we’re going to give it a try and of course give our honest review... We can’t wait to dig in!
