I get asked quite often how I feel about the practice of intuitive eating.
Should you only eat when you are hungry?
Should you trust your body to tell you what food sources it REALLY needs and just of off of your intuition?
Just like any other dietary approach whether it be intermittent fasting, paleo, keto, etc, it has it's pros and cons. This video contains a few things to keep in mine if you're considering implementing the practice of intuitive eating!
