When fiery trials and persecution show up, what looked alive quickly fades away. Shallow faith cannot carry the weight of real testing. But a heart that surrenders and allows the Word to dig deep is changed from the inside out.
Roots begin to grow, drawing strength from the living water of Christ. That kind of heart can endure the heat, stand through the storm, and produce fruit that will last for eternity.
So here’s the question: will your heart stay shallow, or will you let the Word take root until your whole life is anchored in Him?
