Ryan, Dave, Sam, Steve, Niamh and Arlo travel 3.5 hours to Twisted Oaks bike park in ipswich. Its our 3rd visit and were amazed by how much work has been done there since our last visit. There's a couple of new trails on this video vs our last visit. Tune in to see the changes and what we got upto. We also stopped off at phoenix bike park for a quick jib.
