RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment) and REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) are two assessment tools available to safety professionals. This video introduces these procedures, with emphasis on the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment. Video content was originally created for the online ergonomics class at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. The Environmental, Health, and Safety Management Program has been recognized as a Qualified Academic Program (QAP) by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.
