Art Regression, Perfectionism, And How Both Intersect

Art regression seems to have become a bit of a hot topic in the art community in the last few weeks, and it's a subject that a lot of artists (myself included) seem to dread. But what exactly is art regression? And what does this have to do with perfectionism, like the title of this video implies?

This video was a bit trickier to write about, since I have a complicated relationship with both perfectionism and art regression, but I'm glad I got this off my chest (and hopefully I made some sense here lol).
