In this video I'll show you what you get with the SYL Fitness lat pulley system.

This garage home gym pulley system is very inexpensive and very high quality.

The pulley system comes with the following:

✅ 4 carabiners
✅ hanging strap
✅ pulley
✅ 68" cable
✅ 20" extension chain
✅ handle strap
✅ 13.6" loading pin

One of these pulley systems is good for high pulley exercises such as tricep push downs, lat pull downs, face pulls, etc.

I got 2 of these and that gives me the option to use them as a cable crossover as well as a low pulley.

This way I can do a whole LOT of exercises.
