I stayed at Zenith Hotel Cameron Highlands and booked a connecting room. While I loved the hotel’s ambience, location, and cool weather 🌿, I had a really disappointing experience — one of the rooms had an air-cond problem that was never fixed despite multiple service visits. When I checked out, the reception didn’t seem to care at all 😞.
