Let the Court in on Child Support

The plaintiff says she met the defendant while they were both in rehab, and they started dating after getting sober. Once she got pregnant, however, the defendant started drinking again and claimed the child wasn’t his. He did agree to pay her $200 a month to stay out of court for child support issues but stopped paying a few months in. She is suing him for breach of contract and emotional distress. The defendant says the plaintiff admitted to being a sex addict and is countersuing for emotional stress.
