Smudging tool such as ; sage, palo Santo, sweet grass
candles, incense
singing bowl, chimes
journal\paper and pen
crystals (rose quartz and black tourmaline)
pillow and blanket
salts, flowers, oils, ACV, baking soda for medicine bath
