The Dates of Every Major Event in the Half-Life Series

This is a thesis I published in July of 2020 detailing the precise dates of every major event in the Half-Life series based upon canonical evidence found throughout the series.

This is a theory that I published in July of 2020 on a Half-Life forum. I decided to reupload my theory on my channel as the forum on which I originally did so locks the comments after 6 months, preventing further communication of new findings. On any rate, I felt compelled to post it here as many of my videos, have, and likely will reference these dates, and one of the most popular questions asked about some of previous videos concerned this topic.

While this video does use some content from Half-Life: Alyx to establish assertations, none of it bears any relevance to the actual story progression of the game, and therefore contains no spoilers.

An issue that I feel compelled to address, as I feel as though it will almost certainly come up are the temperatures referenced in the beginning of Half-Life. Yes, I understand that highs of 105 are unseen in December, but this is counterbalanced by two important points established in the Times' article I mentioned in the video; 1., the Seven Hour War takes place on January 2, and 2., the Black Mesa incident and the Seven Hour War are days apart. Therefore, the Black Mesa incident must take place in December.
