I invite everyone to join me as I hike to the top of a Shropshire Hill during Ramadan to cook Iftar and wild camp for the evening. With stunning views and lots of sheep, I'll take you on a journey to find the perfect spot to pitch my tent and faff about getting all set up.
Watch as I cook my own simple recipe for Chicken "Especialé" outdoors and break my fast for the day, surrounded by beautiful scenery.
