I didn't go grocery shopping for days because people were just too much energy from everyone else. I just didn't feel like it. I was mentally exhausted after fighting the system for change for so long, and for myself, of course, because of the mistakes I'd made. I was invited to a children's birthday party today for some good friends. I got up early and went grocery shopping, brought them home to the birthday party, and also went shopping in the neighborhood. It was a fun, enjoyable birthday, and I got to meet some nice people. It's a fact that everything has drained me enormously. It's all clear now, and I sometimes feel incredibly sad about accepting the damage of unnecessary medication, along with the years of stigma that wouldn't have been necessary if Parnassia had listened. I received a diagnosis at 15, never rediagnosed, and I definitely asked for one after Psytrec, but they wouldn't cooperate. When you leave an organization, they can distort everything without you knowing that you didn't want to be diagnosed.🤦‍♀️ The system is so sick🫩, and I only read about that when I get my file years later. Unfortunately, all this information was everywhere. I'd taken it all out myself, and that was quite a difficult road.but I got through it all now, nice and quiet at home taking some rest, next week almost the whole week 2 appointments a day hopefully in the new year a little less appointments.🫩
