Camino de Santiago Frances September 2022.
I am now almost at the end of my Camino and suffered no blisters at all. Not even a tiny one.
I did this short and rough video just to show what worked for me in case it helps you.
I have wider feet so my shoe selection is only useful for people with medium to very wide feet. Other brands like La Sportiva specialise more for a narrow foot.
Everything else like socks, evening wear and my gel work with all feet.
Key advice is to try to keep your feet dry, make sure you adjust laces to suit terrain and avoid rub (I will do another video on this eventually but others may be on YouTube).
