Cowboy Bebop is one of the best made anime series ever made, which makes it an ideal piece of reference material for you budding writers out there. That's why today we're taking a look at how the KSTK structure appears in session 5 of Cowboy Bebop.
The Kishōtenketsu story structure is basically to Eastern storytelling what the "Three Act Structure" is to Western stories. It's commonly used to great effect in many of the manga and anime that we all enjoy every day, and that's why understanding it can be a valuable tool for anyone who dreams of writing their own stories.
