This is a good example of why helical piles are much better than caissons as it allows us to build very close to the waterway. Notice that there is very little soils that are brought out of the ground which means no soils to relocate. And, there is no 21 day concrete cure time since there is no concrete.
Quick, clean, and fast.
This is, of course, a bridge constructed out of three 89' railroad flat cars. Total bridge package is 89' long X 27' wide capable of supporting HS20 (72,000 lb) loads.
