If you've ever sent an aircraft part in for repair, you've probably heard a frustrating excuse from the repair station. We know we've heard the worst of them.
We've put together a list of the nine most frustrating things repair stations say. The first one, covered in this week's video, is that the repair station has too much in queue to give an accurate turnaround time.
