Tried this out on game pass cause it was free on game pass and it was super fun. I tinkered with the HDR a bunch and cut a lot that at the start just showing the HDR settings I landed on.

I bump the max nits, mid point, and brightness slightly up:
HDR Max Nits: 5500
HDR Mid Point: 12.00
HDR Brightness: 3.77 (currently selected)
HDR Contrast: 0.70
HDR Paper White Nits: 300.00
HDR Saturation: 1.00
