In this video we headed out to the jetty and threw small silver spoons to catch a ton of Spanish mackerel! There was a lot of small mackerel around, but I managed to put a few keepers in the boat as well as a nice speckled trout! After a full day on the water, we headed back and I showed how to fillet the Spanish mackerel and then make a delicious smoked fish dip! Thanks for watching and I hope you enjoy!
