I met up with pro road bike racer Adam de Vos for a lap down some of Vancouver Islands most gnarly and technical single track.
There was no doubt Adam could make it up the mountain much quicker than me, but can I keep up on the decent?
We had a great ride, checking out Airflow and K2 at the Harbour View trails in Sooke British Columbia!
