This is an album of wonderful arrangements of Christmas tunes for brass quintet (and occasionally organ).
This 1995 recording is one of my favorite Christmas albums and is now virtually invisible on the internet. It's not on any streaming service, cannot be found for sale on Amazon or anywhere on YouTube. I've seen it crop up on eBay a few times over the years. I found it about 20 years ago in a thrift store in the Pacific Northwest. I believe some of the musicians were likely members of the University of Oregon music faculty in Eugene Oregon in the early nineties, but there are no liner notes. If anyone knows, more, please let me know!
