2008 Lincoln MKX Parking Brake Adjustment/Replacement

In this video, I will show you where the two parking brake adjustments are on the MKX. I will also show you how to replace the parking brake shoes and adjust hardware.
Steps:
Check adjustment screw under car, below driver door.
Check adjustment screw above parking brake pedal.
To replace parking brake shoes
Remove lug cover - flat screwdriver
Loosen lugs - 19mm - DON"T REMOVE YET
Raise vehicle and place on jack stands
Finish removing lugs
Remove tire
Remove brake caliper - 15mm
Remove bottom spring - needle nose pliers
Remove bottom clip - 8mm
Remove adjusting hardware
Install new adjusting hardware - apply grease - don't forget pin
Install bottom clip
Install bottom spring into shoe
Install shoe - make sure it slides up under bottom clip
Install tophat drum/rotor
Install brake caliper
Mount tire, lugs and lug cover
