NC remote learning platform crashes on first day of school

North Carolina's virtual learning platform crashed just minutes into the first day of school with remote learning in place due to the coronavirus pandemic. According to North Carolina Ed Cloud, the system experienced technical glitches that kept teachers, students and their families from accessing virtual lessons Monday. The issues were reported statewide, including the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools district.
