On this trip Jim goes Hog Hunting with Umarex's most powerful airgun the Umarex Hammer .50 Air Rifle! The .50 caliber Umarex Hammer is a powerful PCP air rifle, that I hadn't hunted with since its production release. I liked what I saw on the range and was looking forward to getting it into the field, and a North Texas hog hunt was a perfect venue to tr the gun out.
I started in a blind along a track toa water hole, but things were very slow due to the heat. I kept at it and finally managed to tag a pig, before heading out to spot and stalk
