Spicy Drumsticks Recipe

Ingredients:

For the Drumsticks:
1 kgs drumsticks
4 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons plain flour
1 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons chicken seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons tomato paste

For the Butter Sauce:
1/4 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon paprika

Make deep gashes on the skin of the drumsticks.
In a bowl, combine melted butter, flour, salt, cayenne pepper, black pepper, curry powder, paprika, chicken seasoning, garlic powder, and tomato paste. Rub the mixture all over the drumsticks and marinate for 1 hour.
Place the drumsticks on a wire rack and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C until tender (45 to 50 min) and done.
Combine melted butter, dried parsley, and paprika. Brush the butter sauce on the baked drumsticks.
