Crack Magazine presents 'Identifying The Displaced'

This new film by Harry Lawson, soundtracked by Batu, premiered exclusively on Crack, zooms in on the Alexandroupoli team using forensic analysis to humanise migrant stories and dignify them in death. Led by the world’s first ‘forensic jeweller’, Dr Maria Maclennan, the Identifying the Displaced project examines personal belongings of yet-to-be identified migrants who have died in the Evros region of Greece-Turkey border in an attempt to piece together their identities.
