We all love a little hot cobbler on cold days, don't we? If not, you need a hug and a chair for the corner you're about to sit in all alone, because you're in timeout!
For those of us who do enjoy a scoop of warm peach cobbler with a dollop of vanilla ice cream on top, this video is for you. I did two types of crust for my peach cobbler, a homemade crust and a store bought crust. Both are delicious (although one is definitely more delicious than the other) but one is less time consuming than the other. I want to show you how to get it done whether you have a little extra time to make homemade crust or if you're crunched for time and need a quick dish for the church potluck.
