2 pounds flour
3.2 oz white wine
9.6 oz eggs
1 tbs salt
If dry add a TINY amount of water at a time
Chicken Marinade
2 pounds chicken
4 cloves garlic
2 tbs fresh parsley
Juice of a large lemon
2 tsp soy sauce
1/4 cup oil
Salt + pepper to taste
Alfredo Sauce
4 tbs butter
2 tbs fresh minced garlic
1 1/2 - 2 cups heavy cream
1 cup parmesan
1/2 cup mozzarella
2 tbs fresh dill or 1 tbs of dried dill
2 tbs fresh parsley or dried
Juice of 1 large lemon
Salt + pepper to taste
