Travelling With a Toddler | GReaT Trails Wayanad Experience

This is not a typical hotel review.

In this video, I’m sharing our personal experience staying at GReaT Trails by GRT in Wayanad, especially from the perspective of travelling with a toddler.

I don’t talk about room counts, property size, or tariffs.
Instead, this video is about how the stay made us feel — the comfort, the hospitality, and why choosing a luxury hotel can make a huge difference when you’re travelling as a family with a young child.

From the warm welcome with malas, king-size beds, thoughtful staff who helped with baby food and milk bottles, a well-maintained play area, indoor games like table tennis and snooker, to the beautifully designed rooms that blend luxury with nature — every detail felt intentional.

The room itself was stunning, with a huge spa-like bathroom, a balcony opening into nature, personalised eco-friendly amenities, complimentary fresh fruits, and evening coffee & snacks served at the patio near the yard.

The views from the pool, dining area, and entry patio were breathtaking — and we even captured a few drone shots to show the beauty of Wayanad from above.

Most importantly, this stay reminded me that luxury hotels aren’t about fancy interiors — they’re about peace of mind, especially when you’re travelling with a toddler.
