Manufacturing Medical Device Packaging in Brentwood's Clean Room

Brentwood offers a manufacturing environment of over 30,000 square feet to support our medical device customers. Our ISO Class 7 (10,000) clean room is equipped with the latest technology available for both our thermoforming and injection molding operations.

The thermoforming clean room is currently equipped with eight in-line formers and two match metal trim presses, while the injection molding clean room contains four all-electric 65- and 165- ton molding machines that feature Servo Hybrid robots for part removal and orientation. By working with automated conveyors, stackers, and robots, we're able to increase speed to market and handle high-volume runs for your protective packaging and medical device component needs.

Our thermoforming capabilities lead the industry with the ability to produce custom trays up to 72 inches long and tubs at an inline depth of 8 inches. Brentwood also has experience with a wide range of materials, including: PETG, HIPS, PP, PVC, Aclar, Polycarbonate, and HDPE.

By adding injection molding capabilities, we are able to function as a full-service provider to the medical industry. In addition to basic molding, Brentwood also offers overmolding and secondary assembly services. Our material knowledge for injection molded medical device components includes PETG, Ultem, PP, Polycarbonate, HDPE, LDPE, and PVDF.
