The daily activity briefing, DAB, is one of the most important parts of the site manager’s role and responsibilities.
These daily meetings help make sure that everyone on the team is fully up to date on the site activities and the risks of those activities.
Its sole purpose is to keep everyone on the project safe and to create a safe working environment.
Projects are constantly changing. Plant is always moving, new hazards evolve, and what was a safe route yesterday may not be a safe route today.
For those reasons, site managers must be thorough and professional with their daily briefings.
